TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ORDER AND PRODUCTION PROCESS
Every product within the Rubicon Stone Group portfolio is crafted exclusively on-demand, guided by a philosophy of bespoke artisan craftsmanship. We hold no active inventory; each piece is brought into existence specifically for you. Production commences only upon order confirmation and payment approval — at which point our master craftsmen begin their work.
2. DELIVERY TIME
Given the technical complexity of working natural stone and the precision inherent to artisan craftsmanship, the standard production and dispatch timeframe is 3 to 4 weeks. This period is subject to adjustment for bespoke projects or in circumstances of force majeure. Please note that customs clearance for international shipments falls outside this timeframe and is not included in the stated delivery window.
3. NATURAL VARIATIONS AND COLOR DIFFERENCES
Marble and natural stones are, by their very nature, irreproducible. Each stone carries its own distinct colour tone, vein structure, crystal formation, and surface texture — the cumulative result of millions of years of geological formation. These natural variations are the hallmark of a genuinely bespoke piece. All images on our website serve as reference only; any difference between the product photographed and the piece you receive is not a defect, but a distinction — evidence that what you hold is 100% natural, hand-polished, and entirely one of a kind.
4. HAND-CRAFTSMANSHIP AND MEASUREMENT TOLERANCES
Every piece in our collection is produced by our master artisans through traditional hand-polished and hand-crafted techniques — never on a mass-production line. As a natural consequence of this artisan craftsmanship process, dimensional deviations of between 0.5 cm and 1 cm may occur. By placing an order, the buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts these measurement tolerance margins as an inherent characteristic of hand-crafted stonework.
5. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
As every product we produce is bespoke and made specifically to order, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has commenced. Returns are not permitted unless the product is confirmed as defective or damaged upon delivery.
6. DAMAGED GOODS AND LOGISTICS RESPONSIBILITY
All shipments are carefully prepared using reinforced, custom-engineered crating and packaging designed specifically to protect natural marble in transit. Upon receipt, the buyer is required to thoroughly inspect the package before accepting delivery. Should any damage be observed, an official "Damage Assessment Report" must be filed directly with the courier, and Rubicon Stone Group must be notified in writing within 24 hours. Claims submitted without an accompanying official courier report cannot be accepted, and liability in such cases rests solely with the buyer.
7. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
For all orders dispatched outside of Turkey, any customs duties, VAT, import fees, or other applicable charges levied by the laws of the destination country are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL CUSTOMS DUTIES ARE SETTLED PROMPTLY UPON YOUR ORDER’S ARRIVAL IN YOUR COUNTRY. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor and manage the customs clearance process. Rubicon Stone Group bears no liability for any costs, delays, or complications arising from import regulations.
