SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All Rubicon Stone Group pieces are crafted to order and dispatched from our Antalya atelier. Each item is individually packed using reinforced custom crating and high-density shock-absorbing materials designed specifically for the safe transit of natural stone.

Estimated production and delivery timelines vary by piece and are listed on each individual product page.


SHIPPING DAMAGE

Every order leaves our workshop in verified, undamaged condition. Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, responsibility for safe transit passes to the logistics provider.

If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. You must file an official Damage Assessment Report directly with the courier at the time of delivery, and notify Rubicon Stone Group in writing within 24 hours at info@rubiconstonegroup.com. Claims submitted without an accompanying courier report cannot be processed.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For all orders shipped outside of Turkey, any applicable customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are levied by the destination country and are entirely outside our control.

We recommend checking your local import regulations prior to placing your order. Rubicon Stone Group bears no liability for delays, additional costs, or complications arising from customs clearance.


A NOTE ON NATURAL STONE SHIPMENTS

Marble is among the most durable materials on earth — and also among the most unforgiving in transit. We take every precaution on our end. Should any issue arise upon delivery, please contact us at info@rubiconstonegroup.com and we will work with you to find the right resolution.
